As a new student to Ignite Yoga, you'll receive unlimited access to everything Ignite has to offer. Take the entire month to check out our extensive class library of our Online Academy, the Outdoor Yoga Series, and a wide variety of yoga styles from our advanced certified teachers at both studio locations!

Ignite Yoga follows all state and CDC guidelines to ensure your safety. In studio, masks are optional, so if you prefer to wear yours, no problem! However, we respect your choice to stay home or on the road with your practice. Whatever your choice is, we've made accommodations!
Our Online Academy has an extensive library of classes. Join any one of our advanced certified teachers for a variety of class types, from more rigorous classes like vinyasa and ashtanga, to more restorative classes like gentle and yin. Not sure where to start? Check out an all-levels class; great for every student! Take your practice to the level your body is ready for!
The Online Academy also offers courses on philosophy, cooking, yoga nidra, workshops, and more!

Ignite Yoga has two studio locations: Litchfield Park and Verrado: Center on Main. We also provide outdoor classes at Taresso in Buckeye and Alomar in Avondale. Your New Student Special allows unlimited access at all locations!
Regardless where you want to practice, we've created a safe space for you.Prior to your first class please keep the following in mind:

Please arrive 15 minutes before scheduled start time to register.

Discuss any injuries or health issues with your teacher before class.

Wear something comfortable. Breathable fabric is most desirable.

Bring a bottle of water with you to class.

Please turn your cellphone off or on airplane mode to avoid disturbances during class.

Yoga mats are required in the studio. We have mats available for you to purchase.

If you need to leave class early, please let the teacher know before class begins and do not leave before savasana (resting pose) begins to avoid disturbing other students. Remember that savasana is a crucial element of yoga class – and it does not take more than a few minutes.
Yoga is a practice as well as a lifelong journey. It is not about doing the postures perfectly. As long as you give your best effort, you will receive the same therapeutic benefit as someone who has practiced for years and obtained a high level of flexibility, strength and balance.
