Prior to your first class please keep the following in mind:

Please arrive 15 minutes before scheduled start time to register.

Discuss any injuries or health issues with your teacher before class.

Wear something comfortable. Breathable fabric is most desirable.

Bring a bottle of water with you to class or fill up your water at the studio.

Yoga mats are required in the studio. We have mats available for you to purchase.

If you need to leave class early, please let the teacher know before class begins and do not leave before savasana (resting pose) begins to avoid disturbing other students. Remember that savasana is a crucial element of yoga class – and it does not take more than a few minutes.
Yoga is a practice as well as a lifelong journey. It is not about doing the postures perfectly. As long as you give your best effort, you will receive the same therapeutic benefit as someone who has practiced for years and obtained a high level of flexibility, strength and balance.

A NOTE ON COVID-19
Thank you Ignite Yogis for being diligent about following our state mandated COVID safety policies and cancelling classes within 2hrs of the class time, when you are unable to make your scheduled class.
We will continue to limit the number of students per class in an effort to keep everyone as safe as possible.
So that we can continue to offer classes during these unprecedented times, please make sure that you have a valid credit card on file; it's required.
If the credit card we have on file for you has expired, we ask that you either call the studio or come in at your earliest convenience to update the information. This way your access to yoga classes will remain uninterrupted.

In collaboration with CDC guidelines, students will need to pre-register for classes with no more than 10 students in the class. We have worked hard to stay at the forefront and have been in contact with the state weekly in regards to CDC guidelines. We are going above and beyond by adhering with an abundance of caution by following both CDC and Yoga Alliance guidelines. We have been preparing the studio over the last month to be able to safely welcome everyone back. Please read our guidelines below.
REGISTER FOR STUDIO CLASSES HERE
We will start with a modified yoga class schedule; 98% of our students requested 10am and 6pm yoga classes. So, we will start here and add more classes as classes fill up. (*if less than 6 students, class may need to be cancelled; no charge will be made to your account). Pre-registration only; NO DROP-INS. We also advise that students check in at least 15 minutes early.
Following the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidance, under all circumstances, the following precautions should be followed by people utilizing gyms, (fitness centers, yoga studios, etc.)
To the extent possible, follow these CDC provided guidelines for your safety and wellbeing:

Stay home if you are sick, (if you have any symptoms at all, please err on the side of caution).

To reduce the possible exposure to Corona Virus, please utilize face masks and gloves when not in yoga practice.

Stay at least 6 feet away from other students; please only place your mat in the taped, designated areas
-
If you are at higher risk for severe illness, you should avoid visiting gyms & fitness providers. People at higher risk for severe illness include adults 65 or older and people of any age who have serious underlying medical conditions. We welcome all to the studio but believe it is our duty to provide precautions.

Do not touch your eyes, nose, or mouth.

Use hand sanitizer before class, after visiting the restroom and washing hands, and after class. When you get home, wash your hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds.

Please use wipes for opening and closing the door of the restroom.

Please do not touch the studio door handle; the teacher or front desk personnel will open/close the door.

If possible, please make payments online. Front desk can also enter your credit card information and send electronic receipts.

Please bring your own props. We will have wipes so you can sanitize them as well

No adjustments will be given during class

Try to avoid touching surface areas within the studio as much as possible

No refunds will be given if you pre-register for a class and do not show up
