Ashtanga
This vigorous practice brought by Sri K. Pattabhi Jois, focuses on poses from primary series. You will learn how to make use of breath and concentration to calm the mind as you strengthen the physical body. In addition, this class supports greater flexibility. This class is ideal for runners, athletes or yogis looking to strengthen their current regimen.
Heated Vinyasa
Ashtanga based class where you experience mindful and intelligent sequencing. We all flow with the breath to unite the body & mind. Enjoy the benefits of heat and detox as you let go.
Restorative &
Gentle
This class utilizes many tactics towards strengthening the fascia connective tissue, thus increasing flexibility and balance from inside out while calming the mind. This class is appropriate for all levels.
Ashtanga Mysore
This class allows a 2-hour window for your individualized practice at your own pace. Most start with a 30 min. practice. This is traditional style whereby each yogi learns the sequence of poses to match their therapeutic needs. This class is excellent for a seasoned practitioner who wishes to dive into a more advanced series or a first time yogi to received first hand attention. The entire practice is led by the breath.
All Levels
Everyone is welcome. Whether you’re a first timer or an experienced yogi, we all flow together. This class provides paced flow that focuses on longer holds, alignment and deeper stretching. Beginners become more advanced and the advanced will deepen their practice.
Nidra
Yoga Nidra “Sleep like state” is also known as a state of conscious deep sleep for extreme relaxation and Meditation. Excellent practice for those desiring a good night sleep.

Yin
Poses are held for 3-5 minutes to target the fascia and connective tissues such as ligaments, thus increasing flexibility and balance from inside out while calming the mind. This class is appropriate for all levels.
Chair Yoga
A gentle form of yoga that is practiced sitting on a chair, or standing using a chair for support.
