This is where our grassroots efforts began. Over eight years ago we began our mission to provide the highest quality yoga to those around us and now we are proud of the teachers we have inspired, the community we have cultivated, and development of innovative programs aimed at reaching as many different walks of life as possible.  
 

At Verrado, we continue on with the tradition as the teachers we train dig deep to provide their authentic style and approach to all types of students.  Our all levels classes are made for all levels of students.

This is our newest location! Check out the beautiful new development and join our weekly, Monday night class at Haymoon Park, Alamar. Monday night's class is a one hour, all-levels class at 6:30PM. Bring your mat, a water bottle, and join us for an outdoor flow!
