In this specialty, energizing, vinyasa-flow, Courtney will guide you through heart-opening postures blending movement with breath to create space and alignment physically and energetically. We will ignite the flame within us and warm up our bodies from the inside out. This class will offer many options for you to modify or amp up your practice with playful arm balances. Enjoy the experience and let your practice unfold exactly as it should!

Explore the art of getting upside-down
w/ Courtney Fox
In this all-levels workshop, we will explore the art of getting upside-down. We will begin with prep postures and techniques of a headstand, then we will practice inverting on and off the wall. We’ll learn how to safely and confidently transition into a headstand as well as other fun and playful arm balances! This workshop is perfect for beginner/intermediate students who want to advance their practice and also for more advanced students or teachers who want to learn new techniques.
