Ashtangis and yoga students new to Ashtanga will benefit from this informational and interactive workshop in order to develop body and mind and to understand the therapeutic benefits of the practice.
Following the workshop will be an Ashtanga Mysore practice. Mysore, India is where this Ashtanga practice received its name. Kathryn will guide you as you travel through this self-led practice to implement therapeutic movements.
