Introduction to Meditation
w/ Jeannette Baxter
In this workshop, we will discuss the origins and benefits of meditation. Various methods are used and simple practices we can incorporate into our daily lives. We will close with a 30-minute guided meditation. Props are available at the studio; feel free to bring a meditation cushion. Dress comfortably; yoga attire is not required.
