Enjoy energizing flow with Lauren and DJ Big Kev - award-nominated yoga instructor and 20-year teaching veteran! Lauren kicks off the Founder's Day Picnic with an experience set to live beats by DJ Big Kev, blending fun movement, deep stretching, and total relaxation. You won't want to miss it! Class will be at the park across the street from the Center on Main.

Andean Inca Sami Energy Healing practice with Chiqui - through sound, breath, crystal, and Andean Sami practices, we support the nervous system, clear heavy and stagnant energy, and anchor intention for the new season ahead - rooted in the body, the land, and the present ahead. Chiqui was training in NY. Class will be at Founders Park - N Park St in Verrado.

Therapeutic easy flow, with Cyndy and DJ Doll - designed to soothe the body and calm the mind. With seven years of teaching experience, Cyndy specializes in yin and restorative yoga — favoring long holds, deep relaxation, and gentle movement for all levels. Stay after class to sip on Cyndy's handcrafted Ayurvedic healing teas, thoughtfully blended to support rest, recovery, and whole-body. There will be a free tea sampling as well as an option to purchase. Don't forget to bring payment method or cash to take home your favorite tea after class. Jenny Lynn brings years of experience leading teacher trainings, retreats, and community yoga projects across the West Valley. Known for her unmatched pace and fluid sequencing, her flow classes are equal parts invigorating and inspiring. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or just getting started, Jenny's electric teaching style makes every practice unforgettable. She will bring her experiences from abroad onto the mat.
