Cyndy specializes in yin and restorative yoga — favoring long holds, deep relaxation, and gentle movement for all levels. She boasts seven years of eloquent yoga instruction. Stay after class to sip on Cyndy's handcrafted Ayurvedic healing teas, thoughtfully blended to support rest, recovery, and whole-body. There will be a free tea sampling as well as an option to purchase. Don't forget to bring payment method or cash to take home your favorite tea after class. Class will be held at Founders Park - N Park St in Verrado.
