Thank you for your interest in becoming an instructor service provider for Spark the Park! Are you passionate about sharing yoga with those who may not be able to afford it? We have been providing free yoga programs for over a decade to our community.

Spark the Park is a program of the non-profit Ignite Yoga Foundation and provides free outdoor yoga classes to the community. We are proud of the reputation and quality of instructors who remain within alignment of the Ignite Yoga standards for over a decade!

Please confirm your one time flat rate payment for a one hour class. NOTE: IYF is a non profit and supports the West Valley community and is not associated with one studio or workshops.

Compensation:

Pay is commensurate with experience and certification level (RYT 200, RYT 500, E-RYT 500). Ignite Yoga Foundation reserves the right to determine and elect final compensation at its sole discretion based on qualifications, availability, student base following and needs.

At Ignite Yoga Foundation, we value the experience and dedication you bring to your practice and your teaching. Compensation is commensurate with your experience and certification level and reserves the right to determine final pay at its sole discretion.

Note: Spark the Park events are not workshops. They support Ignite Yoga Foundation initiatives. The events are free to the public. As such, a one time flat rate will be provided.

Q. Who is an instructor?

A. Anyone who would provide yoga, mindfulness, and wellness instruction at Spark the Park.

Q. What are the requirements to teach?

Proof of insurance for yoga instructor.
Class type must be accessible for all levels
Provide own playlist and any necessary props.
Share, collaborate and post onto their social media handle(s) and/or websites regarding the class they will be teaching and tag @igniteyogastudiosaz
Please email a copy of the student sign in sheet to receive payment to support@igniteyogafoundation.com.

Q. What are the steps if the instructor is a new instructor?

A. Please note that if you have not taught for Ignite Yoga before, we do require a reference and years of teaching experience. An audition may be required.

Q. When are teachers paid?

A. Pay is net 30 days from the date of service

Instructor must email invoice and W-9 to support@igniteyogafoundation.com.

Pay is provided via Zelle or check.
