Hello! I am new to the West Valley, but not to Yoga. I have been blessed to have found Yoga about 10 years ago, but only 5 years ago began a disciplined regular practice. I was first introduced to Sumits Hot Yoga, a set sequence with a challenging environment. I enjoyed the challenge and the feeling, however, upon wondering into a Vinyasa class, I realized there was so much more to yoga than just the set sequence! I began taking Vinyasa five days a week and completing two 200hr YTT programs. As a result of this education, I was able to learn about the healing benefits of Yin, Nidra, Sound Healing and Hatha in addition to Vinyasa, all of which I have been honored to teach in studios, recovery centers, gyms, and private settings. I will be on a continuous journey as a student of Yoga and feel truly honored to also share such a gift with others as a Yoga teacher. I’m looking forward to all this beautiful Yoga journey brings and love seeing the journey of other Yoginis.
