Yoga has been a part of my life for over 20 years. As a former gymnast and lover of all things fitness; my practice helps me find balance... both physically and emotionally. After the birth of my 2 children, yoga was and IS always a way to rediscover myself. It’s helped me grow stronger, more flexible and fear less. Teaching me to simply BREATHE both on and off the mat. Yoga inspires all of us to live each moment more mindfully.
Feeling called to share this amazing gift of yoga with others, I enrolled and completed my YTT under a variety of master teachers in 2015. I will always be a student of the practice and am deeply grateful for the loving wisdom my teachers have shared with me.
In class, I enjoy combining creative & anatomical sequencing, with a focus on alignment to help you deepen your practice. Seeking to help others thrive by nurturing body, mind and soul with yoga, and my hope is that you step off the mat and into the world, feeling refreshed, nourished, and balanced.
While off my mat, you can find me camping with the family or researching anything fitness and health related.
