Welcome! Whatever your age, condition or background, Ignite Yoga is a yoga practice for you. Designed for all levels from beginner through advanced, our classes offer a balanced and complete body-mind-spirit practice that develops strength, flexibility, focused awareness and overall wellbeing.
To support you on this journey, we're launching our free 30-DAY YOGA CHALLENGE! Each day you will be introduced to a new aspect of yoga. There are many ways to incorporate asana, (the physical practice of yoga) as well as the other Eight Limbs of Yoga, into your daily routine.

Prior to your first online class please keep the following in mind:
Wear something comfortable. Breathable fabric is most desirable.
Find a space that you feel comfortable practicing in, perhaps outdoors or perhaps in a quiet room. The space aids in strengthening the mind-body connection.
Props are wonderful tools! Blocks bring the ground closer, blankets and bolsters can elevate your seat and protect your knees-- and they make for an even more relaxed savasana! If you don't have any of these props, check out our At Home Props Tutorial w/ Sandi.
Listen to your body-- be mindful of your breath as your breath is the moderator. Honor where your body is at in the given moment-- it changes from day to day.
Have a bottle of water nearby.
Yoga is a practice as well as a lifelong journey. It is not about doing the postures perfectly. As long as you give your best effort, you will receive the same therapeutic benefit as someone who has practiced for years and obtained a high level of flexibility, strength and balance.
